MEMORANDUM FOR THE CHIEF OF STAFF
Having received and considered the recommendation of the Air Force Board for Correction of Military Records and under the authority of Section 1552, Title 10, United States Code, it is directed that:
The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force relating to , , be corrected to show that:
a. On 20 October 2011, he was not released from active duty due to demobilization, but on that date, he continued to serve on active duty for the purposes of medical continuation (MEDCON) until 28 November 2011.
b. Twenty-One (21) days of leave were restored to his leave balance.
In accordance with Section 1552(a)(4) of Title 10, United States Code, this directive is final and conclusive on all officers of the United States, who are required to take all necessary and appropriate action consistent with the corrections noted above and the attached Record of Proceedings.
